Never underestimate the power of finger guns. They can make a difference when closing on a major business deal. But one man used a ‘finger gun’ for evil while robbing a gas station in Colorado. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, thieves are getting creative with robbery weapons.

Colorado man robs gas station with ‘finger gun’

Has someone ever pointed a finger gun at you with their hand, making you feel nervous as they aim with their index ringer? Well, you aren’t alone.

A clerk at a Colorado Springs gas station felt extremely nervous as a man threatened him with a finger gun and physical violence to rob the store.

The incident occurred at a 7-Eleven off Newport Road and Aeroplaza. Police officers shared that the man threatened to harm the clerk, and then stole merchandise. He even got himself a fountain drink before leaving.

According to KKTV, the suspect drove away in a pink SUV. He was driving an attention-grabbing GMC Yukon that officers tried to pull over.

A few hours later the GMC Yukon was spotted at a Maverick gas station and officers learned that the suspect’s teenage daughter was in the passenger’s seat.

They allowed her to exit the vehicle before apprehending the suspect. Extracting her was in the best interest of her safety.

The suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Antonio Taylor. He was taken to the El Paso County Jail. Also, the robbery was only one of the charges he’s currently facing. It’s a good thing he didn’t use a real gun or things would be much worse.
